Our Company History
With more than 44 years of experience in the trade industry, Roger Holder, Sr. founded Holders Air Conditioning & Heating in 1987 to fill the void of the lack of quality service from heating and AC companies in the area. Inspired by the success of his father, Roger Holder Jr. has decided to take the same path and went on to gain experience and skills in the HVAC business doing sheet metal and systems installations. He eventually took the helm at the company, establishing it as Holders Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in 2004. He is joined by his wife, Roberta Holder who has taken on a leadership role, managing the day-to-day operations and required office tasks.
